global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb]<\/p>\n<h1><strong>Le syndrome d&rsquo;<\/strong><strong>Angelman<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les anges ont des cheveux boucl\u00e9s, un regard enchanteur, une tendresse et une affection particuli\u00e8re, un sourire accrocheur, une constante bonne humeur, ils sont muets, innocents, insouciants, simples, ils sont en \u00e9veil la nuit comme le jour&#8230; Nos enfants ont le syndrome d\u2019Angelman*. Les gens atteints de ce syndrome sont affectueusement appel\u00e9s les Anges. Les Anges ont d\u2019ailleurs toutes les belles caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9num\u00e9r\u00e9es ci-haut. Ils ont parfois un manque de pigmentation, ce qui explique leur teint p\u00e2le. Le \u00absurplus\u00bb de bonne humeur est un trait caract\u00e9ristique de ce syndrome jusqu\u2019\u00e0 provoquer m\u00eame des fous rires contagieux! Ils sont hyperactifs et dorment tr\u00e8s peu et ils sont fascin\u00e9s par l\u2019eau! Ils marchent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tard et avec une d\u00e9marche instable et parfois saccad\u00e9e Ils ne parlent pas mais certains communiquent par langage non verbal. Ils ont une d\u00e9ficience intellectuelle qualifi\u00e9e de mod\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 s\u00e9v\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<div id=\"block-yui_3_17_2_10_1455674717191_8023\" class=\"sqs-block html-block sqs-block-html\" data-block-type=\"2\">\n<div class=\"sqs-block-content\">\n<p>Le Syndrome d\u2019Angelman est un trouble s\u00e9v\u00e8re du d\u00e9veloppement neurologique dont l\u2019origine est g\u00e9n\u00e9tique. C\u2019est un p\u00e9diatre Britannique, le docteur Harry Angelman, qui, d\u00e8s 1965, a le premier d\u00e9crit les sympt\u00f4mes mais il ne fut clairement diagnostiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019en 1987. Les connaissances cliniques ont depuis beaucoup progress\u00e9 permettant ainsi de rep\u00e9rer au fil des ann\u00e9es les traits constants du syndrome soit: un retard intellectuel et moteur important, une absence de langage (parfois 1-3 mots) bien que la compr\u00e9hension soit assez bonne, un comportement joyeux et rieur, un \u00e9lectroenc\u00e9phalogramme (EEG) anormal ainsi qu\u2019une hyperactivit\u00e9 (attention limit\u00e9e, battement des mains, facile \u00e0 exciter). De plus, les enfants Angelman sont majoritairement atteints d\u2019\u00e9pilepsie, de microc\u00e9phalie, de troubles du sommeil et souvent de difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 s\u2019alimenter.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019op\u00e9ration actuelle nous sert \u00e0 faire conna\u00eetre ce syndrome et d\u2019amasser des fonds pour les personnes qui en sont atteintes.
